1. Returns:
Refunds are accepted within 07 days of the day of the delivery. To be acceptable for return, the item should be unworn, not washed and in the exact state as when received, including the of the original labels, packaging and tags.

Please deliver your order number as well as information about the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the procedure and add an authorization for return in the event that it is required.
Return Shipping Return Shipping: Customers are accountable for the cost of returning shipping. We suggest together a service that tracks your shipment for tracking your return to assure you return accepted.
2. Refunds:
Processing Time: After we have received your items returned to us We will examine the items and issue a refund. Refunds are usually processed within 3-7 working days. The exact timing may differ dependent on the payment service you use.
Refund Method Refunds are issued to the payment method that was used to pay for the purchase. If the payment method used originally is no longer accepted then we will refund the purchase as a credit to the store.

Product Exchange We do not provide direct exchanges. If you want swap an item you must follow the return procedure and then place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

Refund or Replacement If you request a refund or replacement, we will replace the defective or damaged products or bring the item for a refund, based on your preferences and the product availability.
